Customized travel tumblers make it easy to carry around your favourite shots and memories! They also make great gifts (ahem, Father’s Day is coming up soon…). Sherrie Piegdon, aka Pixel Gypsy, is a new designer in the Digichick store – and her templates and scrap packs make this an easy and quick project!
Time for another Hybrid Chick Challenge….this one is all about travelling. Create ANYTHING hybrid that pertains to travel – a travel journal, a suitcase tag, a hybrid scrap page about a location you’ve visited – you get the idea. Here’s my idea – a 4 x 6 photo box that’s made to look like a suitcase!
Too often, I find my digital photos or digital scrapbook pages stay in my computer…which can make it hard to share these treasures with others. Hybrid scrapbooks and minibooks are the answer for me! This quick hybrid album is a great starting point for digi scrappers thinking about getting into hybrid…and for traditional scrappers thinking about getting into digi!! Karla Dudley’s Spring ’10 miniBOOK template is our starting point.
Hybrid doesn’t have to mean “hard” or “complicated”. Here’s a fast project to create with the kids and a bit of help from an adult. Using digital patterned papers from The Digichick Designers, you can customize this pinwheel quickly and easily!
Welcome to Wedding Week at the Hybrid Chick! Each day you’ll find a great new idea to help make your day even more special….and cost effective too!! Today’s idea is a personalized matchbox favour that holds individually wrapped chocolates. You’ll be amazed at how easy it can be to Do It Yourself!
It’s fun and easy to create a beautiful mobile to add a decorative touch to your home. I’ve created a butterfly mobile, but you could easily use different dies or punches with your favourite digital papers to customize the mobile to suit your need!
I have a perpetual New Year’s Resolution – to be more organized. This perpetual calendar will help me to remember birthdays and other important dates…I hope! I’ll show you how to make your own, using Jan Hosford’s template and the beautiful kit Limitless-Open Sky by the Digichick Designers!
Make this great desktop calendar in plenty of time for the new year. There’s still time to make one for a personalized Christmas gift, too!!! Mari Koegelenberg’s 2010 CD Calendar Template makes it quick & easy.
