Pretty Spring Mobile
Today’s project was one my daughter and I worked on together. She loves decorating her room and this was a perfect project for her. With a few papers, a circle punch, ribbon and some beads you can create this pretty little mobile too.
Supplies:
- Daydreamer by Kimeric Kreations
- Trimmer
- Circle Punch
- Adhesive
- Ribbon
- Beads (optional)
The first thing I did was have my daughter pick out three papers, I then printed them out on matte photo paper. Since my printer is not borderless, I made a document 8″ x 10″. I then trimmed off the excess white edges.
I then had my daughter use our scalloped circle punch and punch out three circles from each paper.
Once all the circles are punched out, fold each in half. Take two of the circles and glue two halves together. Once that is complete, place your ribbon in the center and glue on the third piece.
Once the first one is glued on, my daughter then added three beads to the ribbon before we added more circles.
Once the beads were in place, we just repeated the first few steps until we had three circles on her mobile. I tied a loop knot at the top and we hung it from her ceiling.
And there you have it. It was fun project to do together and now she has a pretty little mobile hanging in her room.
