Paper Daisies – Free Paper Pack!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day! It’s one of our favorite holidays around here. Lots of fun, lots of sales, lots of freebies and giveaways. (By the way, be sure that you don’t miss all that’s going in at the Digichick Boutique this weekend—tons of fun!)

Well, this year we at The Hybrid Chick wanted to celebrate NSD with you in a big way! Not only will we be having a few giveaways, challenges and new articles this weekend… we’ve made a little something we hope you will enjoy. It’s a free paper pack so that you can try your hand at making your own hybrid creations!

We thought that if you’ve been feeling like all this cool stuff that we’ve been doing here at The Hybrid Chick looks like fun, but you just don’t know if you can do it, too… well, today could be the day where we’d help you take the plunge and give it a try! We’re putting all that you need into your hands so you can mess around and see just how fun and addicting it is to play with digital designs. Here are the papers—now we want you go and have fun with them. Hooray!

Here is a preview of our NSD freebie, Paper Daisies (just click to download):

You’ll find 12 pretty papers inside, just ready for you to print, snip and glue into something fabulous!

If you’ll notice, at the top of the blog here there is a new link that says “Free Paper Pack.” You’ll always be able to find these papers there. Feel free to tell your friends that these papers are here for the taking! It’s our little present for you and we hope you enjoy playing with them.

Also on that page you’ll find some tips if you are a complete newbie to the world of digital scrapbooking supplies. I’ve added tips on how to extract the files and even print them if you don’t have a photo editing software (like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro). There’s also a pack of papers that have been resized to 6 x 6 (instead of 12 x 12) for those without a photo editing program… and also for cardmakers who love smaller patterns.

We hope we’ve taken away some of the mystery (and maybe some of the hurdles) so that you can mess around with hybrid papercrafts and have a great time making something new! Stay tuned this weekend for all sorts of fun activities and challenges where you’ll get a chance to put these papers to good use.

We hope you have a blast! And happy NSD to you!
