I bought the colored organza ribbon necklaces and it gave the pendants so much pop. I've been able to sell these little creations and made quite a bit of money with it. I apply mod podge to the back of my glass tile then press it on the image. The problem is, after several hours of drying I have shiny spots between the glass tile and the paper. Has anyone else had this problem? What am I doing wrong? This is very frustrating!
